The Mango Premiere beta has arrived!

June 28, 2013 / by Rachel Reardon

This blog comes to us from Robbie Linden, one of our awesome Marketing Interns at Mango.

There is a lot of excitement in the office today because the beta launch of our newest product, Mango Premiere, has arrived! Never before has here been a product that brings language lovers of all ages together to learn language and culture through film. Needless to say, Mango is very proud to be the first.

There couldn’t be a better time for Premiere to debut either. New research results on the benefits of bilingualism seem to be in the news everyday now and are likely to be for some time due to President Obama’s BRAIN (Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies) initiative. Also, U.S. Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan, strongly suggested in an interview last month that it is time for our country to put more emphasis on bilingual education. Both of these current events go hand-in-hand as BRAIN research proves that bilingualism does so much more than increase cognitive abilities. It protects the brain from harmful diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer’s later in life. This, of course, only pushes the need for bilingual education further.

With the importance of bilingual education being stressed more than ever, Mango Premiere comes just in the nick of time. Our fun, exciting program makes learning a second language a breeze for all types of learners. Whether you want to learn a foreign language for work, school, travel, or just for the heck of it, you will love the unique experience of Mango Premiere. Watch our new promo video and tell us what you think on Facebook or Twitter!
